Personal information you provide will be kept confidential. It will help us to maintain your listing and where you have opted to receive such information occasionally alert you to new products, special offers and services, which are suited to you as they become available. Such uses may be special offers in promotional emails and on our websites.

We endeavour to keep our information accurate and up to date.

Lark Web cannot be held responsible for the content of web sites or the actions of any individual, company or organisation to which it does not own or have control over.

While considerable effort goes into keeping the data delivered in Lark Web search results as current and precise as possible, we offer no warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy of this data.

Neither do we warrant that access to the site will be available to you or all users at all times, nor that it is secure or free from infectious computer viruses.

We only hold personal details of affiliates, agents, people who have purchased from us, submitted to or updated a listing on the Lark Web network.

We may provide such aggregate statistics about our sales, traffic patterns, listing submissions and related website information to trustworthy third parties, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information or the origins of any listing submission or sales.

In order to provide you with a service, fulfil a transaction you have requested or in connection with legal process, we may share personally identifiable data with our agents (such as credit card processing companies, credit reference agencies, outside suppliers, distributors and delivery companies), and group companies for such purpose, relevant authorities or otherwise with your permission. While Lark Web may analyse statistical data of listing submissions or customers introduced by an individual affiliate or agent or their web site, such information will only be shared as an aggregate and the identity of an individual agent or affiliate will not be disclosed as the source of such submissions or introductions.

Lark Web will not send any unsolicited commercially orientated e-mail. Unless you have opted to receive one of our newsletters you will not receive solely commercially orientated e-mails from us. Nor do we sell, rent or share your e-mail address for such a purpose.

Where you opt to receive such e-mails, we would not send a newsletter to the same e-mail address more than on a monthly basis and would include instructions of how to unsubscribe to remove you from our newsletter mailing list. From time to time we may e-mail our customers or organisations listed on FREELOCAL to request they check the information we hold about them to ensure such information remains current or to update them of significant changes to the Lark Web service that is likely to affect their listing or way they are presented on FREELOCAL.
